We provide United States prison chaplains with free English and Spanish Christian literature and videos that will assist them in reaching prisoners with the Holy Word of God. Among other things, we distribute Bibles, New Testaments, Gospels of John, role model books, little Bible booklets, tracts, Christian videos, and our regular Bible teaching newsletter, "The Good News Letter." We also provide free counseling and encouragement, not only for repentant convicts and juveniles who want to turn from their past and live for Jesus (see John 1:12-13 and 2 Corinthians 5:17), but also for incarcerated new believers and backsliders who are struggling hard to understand the Bible and to live the Christian faith. For the general public, we offer Freeware and Shareware Christian screen savers with Scriptures from the King James Bible in English or Spanish. Each screen saver includes Christian midi music and transitional effects. Payments can be made by check, money order, or credit card. In addition, we offer our web viewers Bible verses updated weekly, articles from our newsletter in English and Spanish, testimonies, testimonials, our accomplishments, and a lot of other information. Please take your time and browse through our site.

  Link   Ohio ACLU
The ACLU opposes capital punishment under all circumstances because it violates the constitutional ban on cruel and unusual punishment, is administered arbitrarily and unfairly, and fails to deter crime or improve public safety. Irrefutable evidence exists which demonstrates that the death penalty is applied is unfair and discriminatory. The quality of legal representation is a better predictor of whether or not someone will be sentenced to death than the facts of the crime. Almost all people on death row could not afford to hire a qualified attorney. Whether a defendant is sentenced to death depends more on the prosecutor?s decision to pursue capital sentencing, more than the circumstances of the crime. The race of the victim is often an unspoken factor in capital sentencing decisions.
