In addition to the Documentary Film "The Kenny Richey Story" to make the festival rounds in January 2006, Jodi and Colin are in the final stages of writing a full-length feature drama tentatively titled "Capital Mistake", based upon Kenny Richey's struggle for freedom and the love of one woman, who in trying to save Kenny's life, falls in love with him.

The woman, Karen Torley is also in the final stages of writing a novel on her experiences in trying to save Kenny from death row. The release of her book will be in relation to the feature film .

Several years ago, two filmmakers came upon a death row case involving a young Scot. This story of Kenny Richey takes place in Columbus Grove, Ohio and Glasgow, Scotland. This is the true story of what happened to Kenny Richey and the drive of one woman, who in trying to save his life, falls in love with him.
