John Spirko Case.
As a concerned person and a citizen of Scotland, who has watched the State of Ohio for over ten years with it's broken "justice" and death penalty system, I am appalled at the way The Parole Board and more so AG Petro are totally disregarding all the evidence in the case of John Spirko.
We are told that the appeals system is there for a safeguard against innocent people being executed.
This is the biggest lie ever told in Ohio.

Ohio's parole board has recommended no leniency for John Spirko, no delay in his Sept. 20 execution date so that a federal judge in Toledo might have adequate time to sort out troubling questions about his guilt.

We need people to CALL, WRITE, FAX and EMAIL the Gov of OHIO and as many people as possible at that EVERY DAY from NOW on. John Spirko has 21 DAYS left to live and he has not had his case looked AT PROPERLY.He has endured 23 years on death row for a crime the evidence shows he did not commit.
