In 25 days, the state plans to execute John Spirko even though 1/3 of the
Ohio Parole Board came up with 4 pages of reasons he should not be killed.
For the 2nd time in two months, a divided Ohio Parole Board recommended Wednesday that death-row inmate John Spirko be denied clemency for the 1982 slaying of a rural Ohio postmaster.

Ohio Moves One Step Closer to Possibly Executing an Innocent Man
I called the US Supreme Court to ask about Kenny's case and was told his case is still pending and there is no order for today in Kenny's case.
The case will be looked at hopefully on the 31st October.
Thats the earliest date they can do this.
