WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court on Monday threw out a decision that erased the conviction and death sentence of a U.S.-British citizen in a fatal fire.
Well despite being told on 25th January 2005 that the State of Ohio had 90 days to retry or free Kenny, Kenny alas still sits still on death row.
The US Supreme Court have been supposed to rule on Kennys case since the begining of October but as of yet they keep delaying it for some reason.

In 2002, as I first came into contact with the case of Kenny Richey, I came not as an activist looking for a mission - but as a spoiled academic looking for fodder in a debate. I was debating a pro death-penalty supporter in a Swedish forum, and he had challenged me to find ONE case of actual innocence among inmates on Death Row in the US.
I was a little late in recognising the work that Karen was involved in and on occasion even questioned her sanity, as revelations began appearing in the newspapers and on radio and television. Karen and I shared a belief that the death penalty, administered by whatever method, was an affront to humanity and I was aware of the anger she felt at the time of Nicholas Ingram's execution.
