In a non-contentious, (but still Kafkaesque) ruling yesterday by a 3-judge panel of US 6th Circuit Ct of Appeals in the case of Ohio death row inmate Richard Joseph, the court upheld a 2004 ruling by the US District Ct for Northern Ohio granting habeas relief for Joseph and setting aside his his death sentence.
Attorneys for John Spirko have filed a motion in US District Ct to be included in the Cooey v. Taft lawsuit challenging Ohio's lethal-injection protocol.
Timothy Hancock has a birthday on 7th December. Please send Tim some birthday cards and let him know people care about him and this also shows the Ohio Department of Corrections that people know about his case. Which is not what they want. Too much corruption happened in this case and they are trying to cover things up.
