A couple of weeks ago the nurse giving Maurice Mason his night meds discovered that he was being given double what he should have been, and that it had been going on for some time.

He was rushed to hospital on an emergency visit early the next morning.

Playing with Fire, The documentary made by American Justice on Kenny's case,continues to be shown pretty often. It was shown again in US and Canada again. It has also been shown in other countries including here in UK on the Biography Channel.

Resh not guilty; state accepts verdict

(RAVENNA - Randy Resh was found not guilty of all charges by a Portage County jury this morning in connection with the 1988 slaying of Connie Nardi.

USA (Ohio) James J. Filiaggi (m), aged 41

James Filiaggi, white, is scheduled to be executed in
Ohio on 24 April. He was sentenced to death in 1995
for the murder of his former wife, Lisa Huff Filiaggi,
who was shot on 24 January 1994.

Ernest Ray Willis set a fire that killed two women in Pecos County. So said
Texas prosecutors who obtained a conviction in 1987 and sent Mr. Willis to death row. But it wasn't true.
