I just want to wish Kenny all the luck in the world, I don't blame him one bit for doing what he has to do, after all we all would look after No1, is it possible he can do anything when he's back in Scotland to try to actually clear his name ?

I've just heard too.

Delighted he's going to be home for Christmas. Would be happy to join a welcoming committee at the airport!!

Such a long time from first hearing about this case as a schoolgirl, writing emails and letters, telling his story to all I know.. such a long waste of his years.

Bless you Kenny and I hope your return will be as smooth as possible and life can take on a whole new meaning.

What a disgrace, the people saying he should have taken the agreement in the first place, the most ruthless and imhumane country in the world! He stood his ground and has more guts and strength than anyone I can think of. Well done Kenny and all the best to a true hero! Makes me glad I'm not American.

I challenge ANYONE to tell me that they wouldn't have taken the plea considering everything. And...if you have enough nerve to challenge me on this point, it's without merit.

YOU don't know what it is like to have served 21 yrs for something you didn't do.

YOU don't know how it feels to be called a murderer of a child when you KNOW you didn't do it.

YOU don't know how it feels to be on death row and facing execution...one time being only minutes away.

YOU don't know how it feels to be locked up in a cold, concrete cell for the majority of the day...wishing you could see the sun, feel a breeze, smell flowers anytime you want.

YOU don't know how it feels to have MAJOR physical problems and wonder if you will ever get to see your family and friends again or will you die shackled to a hospital bed.

YOU don't know what it's like to not be able to touch your son, mother or father in over TWO DECADES!

So, until YOU have PERSONALLY experienced ALL THAT KENNY HAS, DO NOT PASS JUDGEMENT!!
