While I do not wish Leroy Head to be executed or even to go back to prison, this is so very unfair on Arthur Tyler. Arthur has spent over 25 years on death row and is probably going to recieve an execution date soon, yet Leroy is freed despite him confessing more than five times that he alone killed Mr Sander Leach and that Arthur had nothing to do with it.
We really need to get this campaign pushed on and get more people to sign the petition and write letters of protest.
If anyone has any ideas then I would appreciate hearing them because this case is at a very serious stage and we truly need people to help out here and get involved more.
The state did not allow immunity for Leroy Head to give a statement saying he lied. I think perhaps that we should put pressure on them to do this? Anyone any suggestions?
