x audrey What a great opportunity for justice to prevail.Whilst welcoming the news I think it wise to remember the kind of people we are dealing with. I doubt if the road to Damascus goes through Putnam county.(I wonder why I'm being so cynical ?) "Illegitimus non carborundum" [b][i][u] |
It's called "beeing realistic"
Seriously, the attitudes in Putnam County aren't exactly without prejudice. I REALLY wonder how they're going to find a reasonable jury... But OTOH, whatever jury there is will now hear the full body of the evidence, that will probably count for something.
All in all it is the best news we've had so far, and it is ample justification for the thousands of manhours that have gone into the campaign and the site. Every time I get a reason to reevaluate some of my preconceptions, it makes me that much younger and more vital. |
Yes, I agree and I already emailed Karen...this is NOT a slam dunk trial. Not by a long shot.
Putnam County, like all the others, will do WHATEVER it takes to reconvict Kenny. This will be ANOTHER fight for his life.
At this time, Kenny will need his SUPPORTERS and their VOICES! It will be IMPORTANT to keep this trial in the media so that Putnam will be under scrutiny.
Above all, PLEASE keep Kenny and his defense team in your prayers!!! THIS IS CRUCIAL!!

Thanks for mailing the letter to Kenny for me Patty. I know its not going to be slam dunk and I have followed your advice on several things you and I discussed.
Should talk to him soon will fill him in then too
Thanks for everything. once we know he is being moved etc we will move onto the next stage of the campaign.
