I have spoken with Kenny about the reports in newspapers about clemency and he DOES NOT want clemency. He wants his day in court to have his innocence proven once and for all.

Clemency is simply mercy and since he is innocent he does not want mercy for a crime he did not commit.


He wrote the new Governor just to let him know he was an innocent man and that he wanted his case to be looked at fairly by the courts and as soon as possible.
