Description of incident:
Sir: On the above date at approximately 12.00 am I was called from 1B by the 1A pool officers. CO Coombs stated that he thinks that Hancock 219 467 has killed Wagner 391 054. I went back to 1A segregation area. As I stepped up to ad seg Hancock 219 467 “I killed that child molesting mother fucker.” I then had Hancock removed from the cell and taken to segregation.

Reason for Recommendation
Inmate Hancock A219-467 was recently before the Rules Infraction Board for a Class 11 Rule 19 (ORC 2903.01) Aggravated Murder. Inmate Hancock while housing with Inmate Wagner A391-034 committed murder (ORC 2903.01) by strangling Inmate Wagner according to the Rules Infraction Board Panel. Inmate behaviour is unacceptable and can not be tolerated.
