Brendan Dixon is serving life in prison in Scotland, for the murder of a lady named Margaret Irvine. His co-defendant is Patrick Docherty, they were not even friends and did not hang around with each other. Yet they both stood trial and were convicted of murder and sentenced to 25 years.

At one stage the police enquiry was ready to DNA everyone in Galston, Ayrshire, yet this ceased when they arrested the two men, even though their DNA does not match the DNA found at the murder scene nor  does the footprint found at the scene.

Time is running out for Cleve Foster

Cleve (Sarge) Foster, a 21-year Army Vet, was wrongfully convicted of Capital Murder and sentenced to die by lethal injection, in the state of Texas.

The man that committed the murder, Sheldon Ward, has given a full confession, exonerating Cleve. Yet he still sits and waits his turn to die.

Help Stacey Ann Lannert

From the age of nine Stacey Ann Lannert suffered sexual abuse from her own father.

Despite the awareness of family members, the babysitter, friends, school officials and a psychiatrist, nothing was done to protect her.

Now, for over fifteen years Stacey Lannert has been in prison in the State of Missouri for killing her sexually abusive father.

Members of the jury, the sitting trial judge, the United States Court of Appeals in addition to many psychological and rape victim experts all agree, considering the circumstances Stacey's sentence is too harsh, however Missouri law fails to provide for leniency.

Schapelle Corby Case

Schapelle Leigh Corby, a 27 year old Australian was traveling to Bali Indonesia to celebrate her sister's birthday. But her dream holiday ended up a waking nightmare when on October 8, 2004, Schapelle was arrested in the Denpassar airport after 4.2 kilograms of marijuana was found in her boogie-board bag.
