Amnesty International UK is to host a special event with renowned American anti-death penalty campaigner and author Sister Helen Prejean on Wednesday 11 January.
The event, ?Women Against The Death Penalty?, will also feature British campaigner Karen Torley, fiancée of Scotsman Kenny Richey, currently on death row in Ohio, USA.
Sister Helen, best-selling author of Dead Man Walking, will be talking about her second publication, The Death Of Innocents, to be published in January 2006. She will be signing copies of the book after the event.
