Steve and Sally's family would like to thank all of those people who have taken the time and trouble to send them messages of support. It will be impossible for us to reply to the thousands of well-wishers who have contacted us, but your kind words are a great source of comfort to us at this sad time
We will let our friends know details of the funeral arrangements in due course. We ask that no flowers be sent, but you may wish to make a donation to a Fund which we are setting up to honour Sally's memory with Manchester Children's Hospital- all cheques should be made out to
"The Central Manchester and Manchester Childrens' University Hospitals NHS Trust"
and sent c/o Professor T. David, Booth Hall Children's Hospital, Manchester M9 7AA".
