Another 'volunteer' execution

Another "volunteer" execution coming up today 20th July

Last week, Ohio executed a killer who had the opportunity to continue to appeal his sentence, but chose not to. The execution of another killer in a similar legal situation is scheduled for tomorrow. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler examines whether these so-called "volunteer" cases are an unusual circumstance, or part of a trend among death row inmates.
