Prayer Request for Patrick

He also felt freezing cold and could not get warm. His mother who is an RN (retired) said that sounded like a cardiac symptom. Early this morning he was still struggling with getting air into his lungs.

When I spoke with him by phone this afternoon, every word was belabored as he was trying to tell me what was wrong. If he makes it through the night tonight, he will seek medical attention (an inhaler will be requested, a note to about this was already written by Nurse Green and placed in Patrick's medical file apparently this was overlooked or the doctor didn't think an inhaler was needed - we don't know for sure). Nurse Green is not on duty on weekends and apparently she must be the one to make recommendations to the doctor before prisoners are allowed medication or visits with the doctor.

Nurse Green will be in tomorrow.

Please pray and/or send healing energy and good thoughts to Patrick's lungs and heart. Tomorrow, I will keep you posted on how he is doing.

Patrick Swiney is innocent in Alabama.
He was framed for a double murder in 1987.
He was convicted in 1989 and sentenced to life without parole.
Fabricated crime scene evidence came to light in 2002.
Scientific forensic evidence proved his innocence in 2003.
In 2006, the Alabama courts said he cannot present this evidence.
In 2007, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals said the same thing.
Regardless, in 2007, we are bringing Patrick home.
