Patrick Swiney is innocent in Alabama.
He was framed for a double murder in 1987.
He was convicted in 1989 and sentenced to life without parole.
Before the trial, the D.A. & State Medical Examiner
conspired and destroyed DNA evidence.
Fabricated crime scene evidence came to light in 2002.
Scientific forensic evidence proved his innocence in 2003.
In 2006, the courts said he cannot present this evidence.
On March 7, 2007, the 11th Circuit Court said the same thing.
Now the case is before the U.S. Supreme Court
