Patrick Swiney was wrongfully convicted in 1987. In 2002 and 2003 he found the evidence that proves he was absolutely 100% innocent. Now in 2006 the courts in Alabama have refused to allow him to present this evidence to the court for adjudication http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FreePatrick/
