Kenny's new hearing date for Scottish Media

I have had many calls today and tonight which is of course New Years Day.

The hearing is on Monday 7th January 2008 and this is when Kenny will be freed.

He will spend 24 hours with his brother and his brother's family and then he will be back in Edinburgh on Wed 9th January.

I am happy that Kenny will be coming home where he belongs.

This has been a long time in coming.
