I have just been informed Kenny's case has not been ruled on once more.

So we wait yet again for another week to see what happens.

WASHINGTON DC - The U.S. Supreme Court has met three times to discuss and rule on cases in the past month and has yet to issue a decision in Kenneth Richey's death penalty case.

Once again this Monday, 7 November, we will await the decision from US Supreme Court on Kenny's case. As soon as I hear any news I will post it here on Kenny's website. I do not expect to hear anything until the afternoon UK time. Probably around 3pm The waiting to find out is unbearable but we are by now used to the vindictive and unyeilding way Ohio works when they do not wish to admit they have made a mistake.
