i sometimes wonder if we should have bailed them and the rest of europe out of ww1 and ww2. maybe we should have let the germans(ww1) and nazis(ww2) have them. look at france and how they treat us ( want to buy a french gun only been dropped one time ). i am tired of these counrties critisizing us and our system. america love it or leave it. keep your country men in your country and you won't have to stick your nose into our buisness!

I agree with your previous statement except the part about the nazi's. That was evil and needed to be defeated. But I agree with you on the fact that I am tired of the European countries crititcizing the US for the way we do things.

What bothers me most is that his case was overturned on someone's opinion, or perception that he did not receive good counsel. It was opinion, to some, and opinion is not the actual truth. Back when the trial occured he may have gotten good advice, but someone 20 years later says. No he didn't and he gets a new trial. I'm sorry but the appeals judges really screwed up on this one.

don't believe the richey crowd. he won the appeal for suposed ineffective counsel, not because arson was disproved. yea kluge said that he didn't do a good enough job but he is so against the death penalty that he will say anything to get someone out of the death penalty. they keep saying hearsay and gossip but they believe everything the baby killer says. what else would the baby killer say? he is a coward and is trying to save his skin.
the main reason this has become such a big issue is because a bunch of scotts have stuck there nose in our buisness and made it a big issue. we can only hope the baby killer will die in jail of natural causes ( which is to good for him because of the way he killed that baby! )

the no arson no murder is only there opinion. that will be up to a jury to deciede.
we can only hope that this richey scum dies while awaiting trial and no more tax money will be spent on this baby killer and stop wasting everyones time on this, and all these scottish scum will leave us alone. america love it or leave it. ( if you all hate us and our sytem so much the next time a hilter/germany is going to take you over don't ask us to help you and bail you out like we did in ww1 and ww2 )

First of all...the picture came off the internet...I have no idea whose house it is....Maybe next time I'll just put up a picture of a child that just died in a house fire.

I had a house fire about 10 years ago(faulty Electric,not arson).....no trauma here, looking at the picture, but then again I didn't kill a child either.

As for the Innocent until proven guilty crowd.....That only applies in the Court of Law,not the court of public opinion.
