STV Video: Kenny To Get Retrial

Prosecutors in Ohio have confirmed that death row scot Kenny Richey will have a retrial. Edinburgh born Richey has been facing execution since being convicted of the murder of a toddler more than twenty years ago. But last month an appeal court overturned his death sentence.
