Letter from Kenny

At long last its here!!

The 6th Circuit has finally given me a decison and is it ever a good one!!

I couldnt have asked or even hoped for a better one!

Needless to say I'm happy about getting this decision.

Karen and my family are overjoyed. They have been waiting for this for all these years.

I do realise that the state have requested a 14 day time extension to file their petition to appeal this. I will wait and see what happens next.

All the guys have been congratulating me and so have the guards.
I want to thank my family for standing by me all these years.
And the wonderful attorneys I have too.
A special thanks to Karen, "Thanks for standing by me all these years and for always believing in me. Your patience is paying off eh? (smile) I love you baby.

Thank you also to the people who have sent donations to the campaign.
It really and truly is appreciated.

Karen tries so hard to run this campaign on a shoe string and is always in need of funds to keep up with it to keep it going. The longer it goes on the bigger the phone bills, postage bills and everything gets.
It frustrates me because I cannot be there to do anything much to help her out on this.
So anyone who has a few dollars or pounds every now and then please continue to send it to Karen via the paypal site which is on our website or the details of the bank account are there also.

Karen sends me the money and some of it goes towards paying for the many calls I make to her.  I need these calls so much as I am sure you can all imagine.

Anyway lets see what happens when the court recieves whatever it is that the State are filing.

Thank you once more. There have been so many people who have cared and supported us in this fight for justice, many I will never know, but always know this, you all have a special place in our hearts forever.
