The oral argument proceedings will take place on Wednesday January 24, at 2:30 PM (7.30pm UK time) in the 6th Floor East Courtroom, Rm. 636, of the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse, 100 East 5th St., Cincinnati.
I have had several calls from media regarding this and Kenny is not having a trial at this point. So I would like to clarify what is going on.
There will be an oral argument in front of 3 Judges. Kenny's attorney, Ken Parsigian will have half an hour to put his side across to the judges and Gary Lammers the District Attorney for Putnam County will have half an hour to present his side.
This is the same court Kenny was in, in May 2004. What will then happen is the judges will retire and render their decision, probably in a few months time.
The wheels of justice and injustice continue to grind painfully slowly but at least now things are once more on the move.
