Kenny update on CDS

Kenny is now permitted to have a CD player and CDs for the VERY FIRST TIME. And he is so excited about this.

Until recently Kenny had never even seen what a CD is like. So you can imagine how he feels about the idea of having a ?new fangled toy?. Men and their gadgets eh?

He can only purchase the CD player from the prison catalogue, at hiked up prison catalogue prices of course. So if you would like to help to buy this for him details are below.

I bought a personal CD player for my kids while in Ohio which only cost $19.99. The cheapest one in the catalogue though is $45 and goes up to $150. Which is ridiculous but that is the reality of prison catalogues sadly.

He is permitted to have TEN CDS ONLY and I have a list of the ones he would like if anyone wishes to buy them from www.amazon.com

I know how delighted Kenny was with all the books and magazine subscriptions. He has read so many books of late and been telling me all about them, it has been lovely to hear him so chatty and actually have something different to tell me other than the usual stuff.

So thank you for all the books and magazines people and also for the donations, which have already been sent. The money has been put to good use for Kenny to buy food stuffs, some clothing and also the ever vital phone calls home.
