I've Started........So I'll finish

I was under the impression that the publication of a mutually agreed statement would be made on a date to be decided by both Kenny and I. The decision to resume relations with his ex-wife was made shortly after The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the Kenny should be released or retried within ninety days. From July 19th 2005 I have been aware of his intentions to return to his ex-wife and in order NOT to hamper the continuing appeals process, we agreed to withhold making a statement on the matter.

I became involved in this campaign because I believed Kenny to be an innocent man on death row and my principles dictate that I will continue to fight against the injustice perpetrated by the State of Ohio.

I will preserve my integrity and honour my commitment to the fight against this injustice and in spite of Kenny's handling of the matter I still believe that he is innocent. I wish Kenny and Wendy well, but as Magnus Magnusson often said, "I've started, so I'll finish." Thank you for all your support, It is greatly appreciated.
