Basinger steps aside as judge in Richey case
This makes NO difference whatsever to our request for a change of venue. Basinger might not be trying the case but he is still a Judge in the very court, they want to retry Kenny in.
Kenny will never get a fair or impartial trial or jury in that town. So please keep passing the petition around.

Richey has been granted a new trial after the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned his conviction based on inadequate representation by attorneys at his 1987 trial. Putnam County Prosecutor Gary Lammers said he will retry the case.
