Keenya's - Application to Reopen Appeal

Following her unsuccessful Appeal, an Application to Reopen Appeal was filed pro se by Keenya with my assistance. As her Power of Attorney, I filed the original Application to Reopen which was rejected as 'unauthorized practice of law' - they don't make it easy for a defendant. So, we simply refiled the Application signed by Keenya instead of me. No matter, they denied it anyway.
