The Docket is a running highlight of the procedures and actions of the Court in the subject case. In Keenya's case, this includes proceedings subsequent to her Sentencing in August 1998, including filing of an appeal and post-conviction relief.

As you read over this Docket, do you see any entries that the Judge responded to the (2) Motions for Bills of Particulars which the defense attorney filed?

Also, do you find any entries that any Evidentiary Hearings were held for such as, relates to the hearsay evidence of the grandchildren or, the disagreement between defense attorney Reed and the Prosecutor as to what was the actual Plea Agreement that Keenya pleaded to? (see Affidavit of James Reed which was filed with the Appeal in 1999).
