John Spirko's appeal http://johnspirko.com/appeal/4385/front.html

was turned down by the 6th Circuit court in Ohio. He now must go to the Supreme Court, and we already know that the Supreme Court is not going to look at this, simply because the 6th Circuit didn't.What is even more disturbing, the judges did not even look at the case.
They did not even vote on it. 2 Judges opted out. Judge Gilman who has serious doubts about John's conviction, is willing to have a rehearing.
What is it going to take for this system to realize what they have done, and are still doing? John isn't asking for a new trial! He wants an evidentiary hearing. All we are truly waiting on now, is an execution date.
An execution date for an INNOCENT man.
In a recent two-day series, the News Journal offered information that raises questions about Spirko's role in the killing of Betty Jane Mottinger. http://johnspirko.com/appeal/4385/spirkoorder.pdf

These questions are led by the fact prosecutors decided not to bring accused accomplice Delaney Gibson to trial, a move that has Spirko and his attorneys renewing efforts to get a new trial.

Time is running out rapidly for John Spirko. We desperately NEED to have his case re looked at and examinded properly. Read John's story and case on www.johnspirko.com

We need the people of Ohio, USA and worldwide to protest strongly that John Spirko gets a chance to prove his innocence.
We probably have little more than 3 months to get something done to help John.

Please sign the petition, pass it around and write to newspapers, The Governer and Senators informing them of the seriousness of this case.

Email me at "This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it!"  if you have any questions.

Time is of the essence. We cannot allow the State of Ohio to kill people who have such doubts in their cases and evidence to support their innocence.
